š§ Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Conduct inspections and testing to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and process reliability.
- Document quality activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards.
- Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving techniques to drive continuous improvement.
- Support manufacturing quality processes and ensure adherence to established procedures.
ā Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelorās degree in Instructional Design and Technology or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience; OR High school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of 5S methodology.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team under project deadlines.
- Experience with blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as precision forging, investment casting, machining (milling, drilling, turning, EDM), coating, shot peening, inspection, and fixturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
