Job Description:
What is the primary mission of this role?
- As a Logistics Associate you will support the Goleta, CA logistics team and perform key Logistics processes.
- You will be required to work independently and provide high-quality work while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
- You also will be required to adhere to all safety standards, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks, and follow all department rules and regulations.
- You will be receptive to teamwork, collaboration, and communication as these are key attributes to your success.
- Stocking material, kitting material, cycle counting material, and packaging/shipping material while transacting all functions in Client’s SAP system.
- Experience in a warehouse environment, ability to follow Client safety guidelines, warehouse management system experience (SAP preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication, Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment where multi-tasking is required.

- High School Diploma required; associate degree Preferred.
- Hitting monthly metric targets for stocking and shipping.
