What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronic Warfare Program Manager position at 22nd Century Technologies, Inc.?
Duration: 12 months
Shift Schedule: First Shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm)
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads capability proposal activity from Request for Proposal (RFP) through submittal.
- Coordinates with technical leads, other program product teams, suppliers and Boeing Global Services to ensure project statement of work is executed on time.
- Identifies and maintains day-to-day oversight of cost, schedule and performance metrics to be briefed to leadership.
- Maintains working-level customer relationships.
- Manages and ensures deliverables are submitted on time.
- Plans, identified and coordinates resources required over the life of the project or program
- Defines plans for risk mitigation and opportunity
- Compares actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learned.
- Provides technical, business and integration for the development and execution of project to team plans.
Basic Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- Minimum of 9 or more years of related work experience with a Bachelor’s
- Minimum of 7 or more years of related work experience with a Masters
- Minimum of 4 or more years of related work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct Program or Project management experience
- Hardware engineering experience
- Experience with communication with both internal and external customers
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
Education:
- Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
