What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal position at 22nd Century Technologies Inc. (TSCTI)?

Job Duties:
- Assist the BON discipline unit with the following:
- Research, review and summarize criminal history and adverse action matters of multi-state RN and LPN applicants.
- Implementation of new compact has increased application numbers and discipline unit matters significantly, possible disciplinary matters and consumer complaints.
- Drafting provisional and final orders of discipline.
- Drafting of general correspondence.
- Any other additional work as it relates to the disciplinary unit.
