This position is largely remote and will support Integrative Medicine Service Line needs across Wisconsin and Illinois. Will be required to Travel to Wisconsin and Illinois sites. Pay Range $50.05 - $75.10 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Under the direction of the Vice President of Service Line Administration, collaborates with service line medical directors to identify and support opportunities to standardize and optimize clinical and non-clinical practices across the Medical Group sites and hospitals of Advocate Health’s Midwest Region, ensuring high-quality, coordinated, delivery of services to patients. Under the direction of the Vice President of Service Line Administration, collaborates with service line medical directors to identify opportunities and lead initiatives to improve access and increase patient volumes, including physician recruitment. Serves as project manager on high priority projects. Identifies opportunities and supports initiatives to reduce total cost of care. Supports quality and safety initiatives and monitors performance within the service line Supports program development within the service line to increase consumer and patient preference for Advocate Health’s Midwest Region offerings. Provides service line specific expertise to ensure consistency in execution and/or coordinated delivery of patient care services. Supports clinician engagement initiatives. Develops, builds, and maintains collaborative relationships with service line clinicians and leaders in ambulatory and hospital operations, business development, finance. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED License/Registration/Certification Required: None Required Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business or related field. Experience Required: Typically requires 7 years of management experience in hospital operations, ambulatory practice operations or service line role. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Project management skills (i.e.-problem solving, organizing committees/work groups, facilitating meetings, project planning and managing to a project plan) Strong analytical skills to interpret data and information with the ability to competently leverage the analysis to make recommendations that will drive growth, improve care delivery, reduce cost of care or increase clinician engagement. Basic computer knowledge. Epic knowledge base or ability to learn. Specialty-specific experience in areas of responsibility through clinical training, hospital or practice operations, or a service line role. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS Modest travel and occasional evening and early morning commitments. Requires periodic presence in practice sites and hospitals to build relationships.
