Local Dedicated Class A Tractor Trailer Driver
**$6500 longevity bonus
Jacksonville, FL to Palatka, FL and back. Mainly drop and hook.
At times, we run Ocala, Lakeland, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Tallahassee and other areas as needed when the port is slow.

TWIC Card required – We will accept drivers without it, but they need to prove that they’ve started the process prior to attending orientation.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 months solo OTR experience in the past 6 months
- 1 year in the last 3 years with at least 3 months OTR in the past 6 months
- Must be 48-53 ft. trailers
- Drivers with less than 1-year experience need to provide their school training certificate.
- No more than 10 jobs in the last 3 years
- Must have a very good BG & MVR and be able to pass all DOT pre-employment tests
Guaranteed weekly salary pay of $800.
Accessorial Pay:
Detention $12.80 per hour, after the first 2 hours, maximum of $120.00
Stops $20.00, does not count 1st or last stop
Hazmat $40.00 per Placarded Load billed
Miles $30.00 Flat Pay
Holiday Pay 60.00 per Holiday
Layover Pay $90.00 per day / Operations submits. 2nd Night begins pay.

Schedule: Monday – Friday with an occasional Saturday (Saturday work is rare, but possible)
Drivers start between 0700-0800 at port – pull load from port, deliver to Palatka, FL (D&H), take preloaded trailer back to Jacksonville, FL location. Drivers are typically done around 2PM, but could be later depending on how quickly they can get out of Palatka.
If the port is slow, drivers will haul customer loads to various customer locations within FL (Ocala, Lakeland, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Tallahassee, and other areas as needed). This will affect start and end times resulting in drivers maybe having to start earlier in the morning.

We have newer Internationals, Kenworths and Freightliner tractors. We are in the process of switching over to all Kenworths. MUST be able to drive a manual
We hold a 3 day compensated orientation twice every week starting on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orientation is done onsite in Joplin, MO. Breakfast at hotel and lunch is provided. Driver pays for dinner. Rental car or bus ticket provided.
