We are looking to hire 5 extra drivers for our growing fleet. Qualified applicants must possess excellent communication & customer service skills. Must be able to drive a manual truck for our road test. Please read the entire job description below.
Prior start/stop retail experience is a plus. However, we do give on-the-job training to all drivers coming on board their first week.
Immediate full benefits upon hire. Dry van. Touch freight. Newer well-maintained equipment. Mostly automatic trucks & some 10 speeds.
Drivers will utilize liftgates to off-load carts of boxed freight & roll them to the back doors of the stores. The store employees will unload the carts & return them to the drivers.

3 Loads per week on Avg. (10-12 Stops per Load; 30-36 Stops per Week) 1391 MPW
*Applicants must be prepared to do 1-2 phone interviews with our leadership department & terminal managers. They must also be efficient with checking their emails regularly, as well as replying to/returning any texts or calls from our HR Dept. This will keep the app. process running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- 3 full months current SOLO verifiable T/T experience OR
- 1 full year of verifiable T/T experience in the past 18 months
- Stable job history required
- No prior safety terminations
- No more than 2 jobs in the last year AND no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Must have a very good MVR
* Local Experience will count
* Trailers MUST be 45’ or up
* Will consider Military experience
Pay Etc.
.54 - .57 CPM
$1,300 average weekly pay
$20 per stop
Layover, breakdown & detention pay
$72,000 - $80,000 yearly
$2,600 annual bonus
Quarterly safety bonus of .35 CPM paid on ALL MILES driven for the quarter
Truck/trailer can be taken home
