Local Class A Truck Driver
Currently seeking experienced and professional Class A truck drivers who are looking for daily home time. If you are a highly motivated driver who is serious about taking your driving career to the next level with great home time, great pay and a family atmosphere, then you could be the perfect dedicated driver to add to our team.
*Must be willing to drive at night
$2500 sign on bonus for all new drivers
$500 of this paid out after your first load
Will accept the following for experience:
- Minimum of 3 months experience in the last 36 months. The 3 months experience must be with no more than two carriers, and driver can have no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 months
- 6 months local experience in the last 12 months
- 6-12 months OTR experience in the last 3 years with carriers less than 50 trucks/drivers. 3 carriers maximum
- 12 months safe OTR experience in the last 5 years. 4 carriers maximum.
- 12 months local experience in the last 36 month
- Must have a good MVR, BG and be able to pass a drug test
- Stable work history required
Description:
•Run REFRIGERATED NO-TOUCH grocery freight to various store locations in NC, SC, TN & VA – all within 300 miles of the DC.
•Home Daily
•A typical workday will include 1-3 routes per day, with 1-3 stops each, and potentially a 10-hour break on the road each week.
•Due to steady volumes, the current schedule is a rotating schedule of 6 days worked/34-hour restart, then 5 days worked/2 days off.
•Once you arrive onsite, your Transportation Manager will meet with you and coordinate your weekly scheduled off days.
•If a long length-of-haul load is not available, you will run 2-3 short loads to make your maximum pay for the day.
•Our DC features 24/7 on-site staff, including safety support and shop.
• Must have personal transportation to get to and from the DC daily
•Average $1400 every week and up to $75k annually.
•0.40-.047 CPM based on experience
•$20 per stop
•On the job training: 1 day of in-classroom training in which you’ll receive $50 and 2-3 days of ride-along training at $100 per day.

Our Shops: Trucks will receive a pre-seat 6-point inspection and cleaning before new Dedicated drivers are seated after completing orientation.Road Ready Crew: We have a Road Ready Crew that will clean and inspect trucks at slip seat locations weekly.
You: We’re asking slip seat drivers to do their part by making sure their slip seat truck is clean at the end of their shift
