Local Truck Driver
Home nightly. Occasional overnight/home next day possible.
Drivers must live within 40 mi of Harleyville; can consider drivers within 50 mi as long as they understand they will be driving PV to/from daily for dispatch & equipment
Start is early AM: Midnight-0300; depending on dispatch. Could be a later early AM
start of 0300-0600.
Must have a minimum of 6 months verified Class A CDL experience with a combination Tractor Trailer (no training time counted)
*** Cannot currently hold an “Occupational” or “Restricted” license or work permit
*** Application & CDL must match prior to onboarding
* No current Probation or Parole. Must have a good background and MVR
*No SAP drivers
*Must have a stable job history
Most drivers run 2 dispatches/daily. 10-12 hr days. Drivers are required to drive personal vehicle to/from customer location in Harleyville for dispatch & equipment.
At customer: drivers may be expected to climb a platform/flip a lid on the trailer for product load.
At delivery: drivers are expected to use the trailer hose/electric blower & monitor product as it unloads. Drivers are trained in the handling & unloading of dry product. Bulk Powder Cement (Primarily); other commodities as determined
Average weekly pay is: $850-$1100 (Gross) Pay is cpm/Loaded miles.
LOCAL: 0.92-$1.05. cpm is determined by verified tractor/trailer experience Utilization Incentive: 0.06/cpm per Loaded mile. Automatic to Mile 1 when driver exceeds 750 Loaded miles/week.
Load/Unload Pay: Load Pay: $20/load event. Unload Pay: $20/unload event
No endorsements required: TWIC (Preferred) We offer drivers: Paid orientation/Full Training; Medical/Dental/Vision; Paid vacation after 1 yr; Paid holidays; 401k w/match. Benefits start in 60 days.
Orientation comprises of 3 phases: Virtual/Online: $200 upon successful completion/hire (Paid on 1st paycheck Fri of the week following hire)
Onsite Training: $120/Day in Fenton, MO- 5 Days (following Online task completion); Travel Sun; Class & Training M-F; Travel Fri afternoon/evening home
Road Training: $120/Day Harleyville Fleet 5-7 Days. Drivers are required to complete 8-10 successful pump offs
