What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck Driver Local CDL-A position at 21st Century Personnel?
Local dedicated drivers needed to deliver no touch reefer freight between our DC & local chain stores. Drivers will need to expect possible Layover runs - Normally 1-2 per week. 10 to 12 hours per day. Most deliveries return home daily. Days off vary based on schedule. Previous start/stop delivery experience is a plus.

· Must have a valid Class A CDL & have at least 6 full months T/T Experience (with 45 ft. or longer trailers) in the last 2 years
- Local Experience will count
- Trainee time (after school) counts towards total experience
- Will take an Auto Restriction
- Must have a very good driving record & be able to pass all DOT related tests
ACCOUNT BENEFITS:
· Store Delivery - Driver must check off the product during delivery. Palletized Freight. Store Unloads Trailer. Internal backhauls.
- $1,000 - $1,300 average weekly pay (.48 CPM)
- $40 per layover/$16 per stop/$16 per backhaul/$17 detention
- Driver’s average W2 = $60,000 - $70,000
- Home Most Days.

- Safety Shoes Provided
- 6 day work week. Days Off with Pre-Approval
- On the job training runs for 5 Days (Will Receive Full Pay)
