Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise janitorial staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Oversee the cleaning of bathrooms, dusting, trash removal, and floor maintenance (mopping/vacuuming) to ensure facilities remain pristine.
- Operational Oversight: Manage supply inventory, ensuring all dispensers and cleaning carts stay filled and ready for use.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professional phone etiquette and a focus on satisfaction.
- Training & Safety: Provide hands-on training for new hires on cleaning techniques and equipment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Supervisory Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisor role.
- Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce and clientele.
- Janitorial Expertise: Proven background in commercial cleaning, including office spaces, restrooms, and specialized floor care.
- Organizational Prowess: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple site schedules.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to use Microsoft Office and basic computer systems for reporting and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Licensing: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are essential.
