- Location: Shell Energy Soccer Stadium - Houston, TX
- Dates: June 11 – July 19
- Activation Days: 32
- Event: FIFA World Cup Fan Festival
- Total Pay: $15,000 for the program (~$2,500/week)
- Pay Type: Direct Deposit
- Classification: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Non-traveling – Houston based
- Branded shirt provided
- Reporting and photos required
- Background check and drug screening required

Job Description
- Lead and manage Brand Ambassadors during live activations
- Ensure brand standards and engagement goals are met
- Oversee setup, engagement flow, and breakdown
- Troubleshoot staffing, logistics, or equipment issues on-site
- Perform minor repairs or hands-on adjustments if needed
- Complete daily reporting and photo recaps
- Lift equipment/product boxes (20–50 lbs)
- Brand Ambassador, Field Lead, or Experiential Marketing experience
- Experience working live events, promotional tours, or large activations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors for extended periods
- Available for training and all scheduled activation days
- Comfortable with hands-on setup and light troubleshooting
