We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Consultant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist guests with inquiries & product selections while providing strong communication and guest service skills.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices.
- Implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales potential.
- Assist in stocking and maintaining inventory levels to ensure a well-organized shopping experience.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that meet customer needs.
- Maintain effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
- Previous retail or cannabis industry experience preferred
- Enthusiastic about cannabis education and responsible use
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Must be 21 and able to pass a background check
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales with a strong understanding of retail operations.
- Cannabis experience is preferred, demonstrating knowledge within a retail environment.
- Familiarity with basic math concepts and retail math for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective guest interactions.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is required to ensure financial accuracy during transactions.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our capacity to serve diverse customer populations effectively.
