HouseSmart Construction HR Intern The HR Intern will provide support with a wide range of processes and projects for the HouseSmart Construction division, specifically providing support to the Orientation Program. Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely HR assistance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist with the development of an orientation program. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Help draft and distribute company announcements and internal communications. Assist in preparing HR documents and reports. Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks. REQUIREMENTS: Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness Ability to make sound judgments Ability to operate with a high degree of confidentiality Ability to connect and work within a team environment Flexibility and willingness to adapt to job functions/situations that will change quickly Reliable and dependable attributes Professional demeanor and appearance Effective computer skills to include Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Canva, and Web Browsing Education: Pursuant of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field preferred.
