Warehouse Driver

· Daily inspections, maintenance and logging of vehicle(s) as outlined by company policy and procedures

· Ensures that safety, compliance, environmental, and OSHA and MSHA requirements are followed at all times

· May be required to take other than usually assigned routes and/or be assigned to warehouse or counter duties depending on current company need

· Assist warehouse employees in preparing items for delivery, including packing products and sorting delivery items by route

· Follow instructions and communicate issues to manager, via mobile phone or email

· Load and unload cargo by hand, pallet jack or forklift

· Check vehicles before driving to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order

· Secure all cargo appropriately to prevent damage in transit

· Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas at all times

· Follow all safety procedures on the job site

· Follow established traffic patterns avoiding road hazards and other hazardous conditions

· Will be responsible for a safe work environment for themselves and co-workers and others at the work site

· Check all load–related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate

· Travel to different jobsites as directed by management

· Performs within the values and guidelines of 20/20 and adheres to the 20/20 Policies and Procedures

· Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes

· Other duties or projects as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of driving experience, Class C license or higher with good DMV record
• Must be willing to work outdoors in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, and other unusual elements, such as loud noise, dirt, dust and fumes
• Able to perform all job functions which include, but may not be limited to walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, turning, climbing to a significant degree
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, in order to communicate to employees
• Ability to read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, overtime and weekends as required
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to operate a Class C commercial straight truck. Road test required
• Understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English

Physical Requirements: The position of Warehouse Driver requires that you are able to lift objects that weight up to 75 pounds, climb a ladder, squat and kneel, twist and bend, and work above head and below waist. Job includes driving from job site to job site, but also involves walking or standing for periods of time
