Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR), including generalist-level responsibilities and support across multiple HR functions.
- Proficiency in HR Management and implementation of HR Policies that align with legal requirements and company standards.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication of plan information.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly those applicable in California.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in documentation.
- Experience using HRIS or similar HR software tools is highly beneficial.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in construction or contracting environments is a plus.
