You will be working alongside a Crew Lead to complete daily routes efficiently.

Position Overview

This is a high-production outdoor role assisting with the completion of 15–30 residential and commercial properties per day.

Typical tasks include:

• Mowing

• Edging

• Weed eating

• Blowing

• General property clean-up

Work Structure

• Work is available Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays during high-demand periods

• Workload is weather-dependent

• Peak season offers consistent, full workloads

• Short slow season (~2 months reduced workload)

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to meet at designated work location

• Ability to perform physical outdoor work for extended periods

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly

• Ability to work in 100° Texas heat

• Willingness to follow direction from Crew Lead on job execution

• Strong work ethic and consistent availability

Experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation Structure

This role is structured as a 1099 contractor position. Work is assigned based on production needs, performance, and route demand.
