Lawn Care Crew Member

Overview
We are a growing lawn care company looking for a dependable, hard working individual to join our team. This is a trial-based position .

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, weed eating
• Blowing off driveways and walkways
• Basic landscaping and cleanup work

What We Are Looking For

• Shows up ON TIME and is ready to work
• Has reliable transportation
• Works hard and takes pride in doing a good job
• Can handle working outdoors in Texas heat
• Prior experience with lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power equipment are advantageous.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening techniques, or arboriculture enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential.
• A proactive attitude towards safety procedures and team collaboration will help you thrive in this energetic environment.
