The Front Office Representative is responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and business partners. This role combines receptionist, administrative, and customer service responsibilities and is ideal for individuals seeking to develop office administration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally.
• Manage incoming correspondence, mail, and deliveries.
• Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation.
• Assist with administrative projects and general office support tasks.
• Respond to visitor and client inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory organization.
