Introduction

We are seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to support communication and customer service operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and building strong communication skills in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Assist with service requests and resolve routine concerns.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Support service quality standards and team performance goals.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach during all interactions.


Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and customer management systems.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Entry-level candidates welcome; training provided.

Salary : $3,780 - $4,475
