We started our business in 2011 and opened the first wholesale store in the Los Angeles fashion district. We offer multi-brands like Endless Rose, English Factory, Grey Lab, and Free the Roses. We offer well-designed and valued fashion goods to our consumers, which helps our business succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design, fit technician, and sales teams to update and manage production schedules
- Issue purchase orders (POs) to vendors and manage production and shipping schedules
- Communicate with vendors regarding quality control and schedule issues including sampling, bulk production, pricing, MOQ, and lead time
- Manage the production flow efficiently during sampling and manufacturing stages in collaboration with vendors
- Coordinate shipping schedules with the warehouse team
- Review TOP samples and conduct quality control (QC) if needed
- Provide vendors with necessary materials such as labels, packaging, trims, price tickets, hang tags, etc.
- Organize and upload information to daily Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports
- Support sourcing and sampling as needed
- Monitor and manage schedules for ETD, TOP, and Fit samples; update teams accordingly
- Follow up on emails (in both English and Korean)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the apparel industry
- Understanding of garment manufacturing and basic production processes
- Experience handling 200 purchase orders
- Proficiency in reading and writing in both Korean and English
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Google Sheets, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork abilities
