Ecommerce Coordinator

team for the role of Ecommerce Coordinator

What you will do :
Retailer & Buyer Coordination
- Follow up with buyers via email and communicate with retailers’ dropship coordinators.
- Gather and organize all style information to share with buyers.
- Create line sheets for new buying selections.
- Follow up on buyer selections and update monthly master selection documents.
- Discontinue styles per retailer requests and email notifications.
Order Management & Fulfillment
- Create sales orders to reserve inventory.
- Upload products to DSCO to receive and process new orders.
- Monitor pick tickets and follow up as needed.
- Cancel sold-out orders and update ETAs for preorder styles.
- Conduct RTS (Ready-to-Ship) runs for all accounts throughout the day.
- Track daily order shipments and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage order shipping and invoicing for key accounts (Anthropologie, Bloomingdale’s, etc.).
Inventory Management
- Follow up on receiving and in-stock styles for basket transfers.
- Restock and transfer inventory within DSCO and N41.
- Track inventory availability and update systems accordingly.
- Generate and manage UPCs and style templates.
Returns & Credits
- Manage returns from Bloomingdale’s and Anthropologie.
- Create and process credit memos related to returns.
EDI & System Operations
- Register and process EDI files, including:
- EDI 850 – Purchase Orders (import and processing)
- EDI 856 – Advance Ship Notices (ASN)
- EDI 810 – Invoices
- EDI 846 – Inventory Inquiry/Advice
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all EDI transmissions.
What are we looking for :
- 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Wholesale Operations, Dropship, or Order Fulfillment (fashion/apparel industry preferred).
- Hands-on experience working with retailers’ dropship programs and third-party fulfillment processes.
- Strong understanding of EDI transactions, including 850, 856 (ASN), 810 (Invoice), and 846 files.
- Experience using DSCO, N41, or similar order and inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with major retail partners such as Anthropologie and Bloomingdale’s is a plus.
- Ability to manage high-volume order processing with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable creating and maintaining line sheets, style templates, UPCs, and master tracking documents.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence with buyers and retail partners.
- Ability to track inventory, manage transfers, and update ETAs for preorder styles.
- Experience handling returns, credit memos, and inventory reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking orders, inventory, and reporting.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of departmental and company goals.
