We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator with a strong background in the insurance restoration industry to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who understands the insurance claims process from start to finish and knows how to get jobs approved and closed efficiently.

Position Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the restoration insurance industry
• Proven experience negotiating with insurance adjusters
• Advanced proficiency with Xactimate (required)
• Strong computer skills and text/email savvy
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable transportation required
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the company
• Strong team player mentality

Responsibilities Include

• Writing accurate estimates using Xactimate
• Managing restoration projects from start to completion
• Communicating with homeowners, adjusters, and team members
• Negotiating scopes and pricing with insurance carriers
• Maintaining documentation, photos, and job notes
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
