ABOUT THIS SUPERVISOR ROLE
As our Plumbing Field Supervisor, your day starts with reviewing project plans and collaborating with our team. In this estimating position, you prepare detailed estimates and scopes of work for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy and profitability. Throughout the day, you'll engage with clients and insurance adjusters, creating Xactimate bids and moisture mappings to facilitate smooth project management. Your keen organizational skills will shine as you manage change orders and conduct quantity surveys from plans and job walks, all while providing outstanding customer service.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- Experience in preparing and developing estimates and scopes of work for residential and commercial projects
- Proficient in creating moisture mappings, daily monitoring sheets, and Xactimate bids for insurance review
- Ability to prepare and develop change orders promptly for existing projects
- Skilled in procuring signed change orders for supplemental work outside the original scope
- Competence in performing quantity surveys from plans and job walks, with strong documentation and organizational skills
- Experience in creating and preparing proposal and bid documents
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service to clients and insurance partners
- Proven track record in negotiating scopes of work with insurance adjusters to facilitate claim closures
- Flexibility to adapt to changing duties as assigned
