Job Summary:  

We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor/Loan Closer to ensure the smooth progression of mortgage loan applications from initial documentation to final closing. 

Key Responsibilities:  

- Gather, review, and verify all required documentation from loan applicants. 

- Ensure applications are complete and accurate, meeting all lender requirements.

- Prepare loan files for underwriting and ensure submission deadlines are met.  

- Place orders for title commitments and other services to support the loan application process.  

- Ensure all loan files comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies. 

- Prepare and review all necessary closing documents.

- Obtain final loan approval from underwriters, ensuring all conditions are satisfied.

- Ensure all closing documents are properly signed, recorded, and sent to the appropriate parties.

- Manage the delivery of the final loan package to the lender or investor. 

Qualifications:  

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 2-3 years in mortgage loan processing and/or closing preferred. 

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
