We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to assist members with their mortgage lending needs, analyze loan requests and make credit decisions based on mortgage lending policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input complete and accurate residential loan applications.
- Evaluate applications for approval/denial and work with borrower for any additional documents.
- Understand and articulate financial calculations and current rates and pricing.
- Assembles and organizes documents in loan file.
- Actively develop business relationships with realtors and other professional referral sources.
- Keep informed of current trends in mortgage lending and market factors.
- Maintain required NMLS registry.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with first and second mortgage real estate lending.
- Must be able to travel independently.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday Hours 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Typically works one Saturday per month)
- Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.
