Salary: $60,800 - $70,000

Job Summary:  

We are seeking an Assistant Manager of Consumer Lending to support the Consumer Lending team and ensure sub-departments meet organizational financial, operational, service, and growth plans. As a manager, this role periodically provides training or updates to keep team members informed and aligned on key initiatives within their area.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Leads and mentors staff through lending training, coaching and evaluation.

- Monitors department operations to ensure that security procedures are followed

- Maintains LOS by monitoring database for issues, troubleshoot as needed

- Performance Management, goal setting and scheduling. 

Qualifications:  

- 2-4 years of current and applicable experience

- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role

- Advanced knowledge of the lending industry and experience with consumer lending

- A two-year college degree preferred

Schedule:

- Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  

- Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- Saturday Hours 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
