As a Retail CSR, you're the face of 1st Impressions. You're the reason a customer drives past three other garden centers to shop with us — and the reason they come back.
What you'll do:
- Greet customers, understand what they're really after, and recommend the right plants and products
- Ring up sales accurately on our POS and keep clean records
- Run the math that matters — area, volume, and coverage — so customers buy exactly what they need
- Educate customers and turn one-time buyers into regulars
- Keep displays sharp, shelves stocked, and plants healthy
- Handle quotes, questions, and the occasional curveball with a level head
You're a fit if you:
- Know your way around plants and gardening (whether that's a paycheck or a passion)
- Genuinely enjoy people and communicate clearly
- Are comfortable with technology and quick with numbers
- Show up dependable, self-motivated, and ready to own your work
Bonus points for:
- Knowledge of landscape products and materials
- Retail or customer service experience
- A detail-oriented, highly organized streak
