As a Customer Service Representative – Front Office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and pleasant experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering phones and directing customer calls.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk calendar.
- Checking customers in and out, reviewing invoices, and collecting payments.
- Keeping the front counter and waiting area clean and organized.
- Communicating clearly with Service Advisors and team members.
- Providing a calm, helpful, and positive experience for every customer.
- Following our front office processes and procedures to ensure consistency.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a friendly and professional attitude.
- Possesses strong communication skills.
- Is dependable, punctual, and organized.
- Is comfortable using a computer and managing details.
- Can stay calm and focused in a busy environment.
- Is willing to learn and follow our established procedures.

While previous experience in customer service, front desk, office, or reception roles is helpful, it’s not required. Automotive experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person who shares our values and enthusiasm for great customer care.
