Part-Time Self- Storage Call Center and Property Floater

Overview

A call center representative is the frontline communicator between a company and its customers. This role involves handling incoming and/or outgoing calls to provide support, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Call center agents may work in customer service, sales, technical support, or a combination of these functions. This is a part-time position being able to work flexible hours as needed 7 days per week from 8am - 7pm. This position is also responsible for being a floater covering different properties located in Gautier, Waveland and Gulfport MS that operates from 9am - 5pm when coverage is needed. This position also offers Bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Answer inbound calls or make outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, billing, or rental.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
• Problem Solving:
• Identify customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Data Entry and Documentation:
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Update customer information as needed.
• Sales and Promotion:
• Offer products or services based on customer needs.
• Meet sales or call performance goals set by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency.
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is often preferred but not always required.
