The available shifts are Sunday, Tuesdays and Thursdays 8pm-8am

- Personal Care - bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, transfer and assistance.

- Driver's License
- Ability to driver to Middleville
- Pass Background Screening - performed upon offer
