We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to work either second shift from 3pm to 11pm or third shift from 11pm to 7am. Caregiver is to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and grooming.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Provide patient monitoring to ensure health and safety, reporting any changes in condition to relevant parties.
- Support individuals with disabilities and autism by fostering independence and promoting social engagement.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' overall well-being.
- Perform first aid as necessary and respond effectively to emergencies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to coordinate care efforts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in patient care or social work is preferred.
