What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality, individualized overnight care
- Administer medications and follow physician-directed care plans
- Monitor vitals and assess for any health changes throughout the shift
- Assist with mobility, repositioning, and nighttime hygiene
- Handle any emergency or urgent care situations with confidence
- Keep detailed documentation of care and report updates as needed
- Collaborate with family to ensure cohesive 24-hour care
What You Bring to the Role:
- A current RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Previous experience in home health or clinical settings preferred
- Comfort working independently with excellent judgment
