About the Role
1st Adjusters is hiring a Night Shift Repossession Agent in the DFW area. This is a full-time night shift position recovering vehicles on behalf of our clients — no roadside service or accident tows — with strong earning potential for experienced operators. You’ll operate company-provided recovery trucks with fuel and maintenance covered.
What You’ll Do
- Safely secure and transport vehicles according to company and legal standards
- Follow assigned routes, communicate with dispatch, and document recoveries
- Keep your truck and equipment in good condition
- Represent 1st Adjusters with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- 25 years old (insurance requirement)
- Valid driver’s license & clean MVR
- TDLR Consent Tow License (required)
- Prior towing experience required (repossession experience a plus)
- Able to work outdoors, lift 50 lbs. and handle physical work
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working nights
- CDL not required

Pay: $46,261.50 - $55,712.77 per year
