What are the responsibilities and job description for the Repossession Agent position at S.C.A.R., Inc.?
S.C.A.R., Inc. is a repossession company that has been in the industry for nearly 15 years. We believe our success is built on the foundation of loyalty, honesty, employee wellbeing, and client satisfaction. We are team-oriented and goal-driven. We believe in promoting from within when applicable and we operate in multiple markets throughout Texas, so a change of location may also be available. The typical workweek is five consecutive days, starting Sunday, from 4 PM until 4 AM with a 1-hour lunch break at 9 PM. We have assigned, well maintained, late model take-home trucks too.
Compensation:
Our repossession agents earn an average of $62,000.00 annually, with some earning $15k to $30k more. We offer base hourly pay, commission, performance bonuses, and employer-sponsored health insurance.
Applicant requirements:
The applicant must:
- be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid Texas driver's license.
- possess a valid TDLR Tow Operator License.
- be able to pass pre-employment and unannounced drug screens throughout employment.
- not have more than 1 moving violation within the last 3 years.
- not have any felony convictions within the past 7 years.
- meet work schedule expectations.
The applicant should:
- be experienced with basic computer and typing skills.
- have at least 1-year wheel-lift wrecker experience.
- be comfortable with driving extended hours.
- be comfortable working evenings and nights.
