Duties
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and proactive engagement
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services, including loans, savings accounts, and investment options
- Process various banking transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, and loan payments using banking software
- Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring account activity and adhering to financial compliance standards
- Manage cash drawers efficiently while ensuring adherence to cash management policies and retail math accuracy
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Basic math skills including retail math, debits & credits
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining security protocols for fraud prevention
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
