Duties

• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Manage customer relationships by providing personalized service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent activities by monitoring transactions and implementing security protocols.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, debits & credits, and cash management duties.
• Open deposit accounts.

Skills

• Proven 2 or more years experience in financial sales and customer relationship management within a banking environment.
• Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately using cash handling techniques and computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to relationship building.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention methods, financial software applications, and banking regulations.
• Solid understanding of banking fundamentals.
• Effective communication skills combined with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $16.75 - $18.50 per hour
