CAREGIVER

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide one-on-one support to our clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, is patient, and has experience assisting individuals with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
• Follow individualized care plans and facility guidelines
• Redirect and calmly engage clients, especially those with dementia or behavioral challenges
• Observe and promptly report changes in client condition
• Complete care notes and accurate timekeeping using WellSky
• Maintain professionalism and respectful communication at all times
• Represent the company positively with clients, families, and facilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration (or willingness to obtain)
• Live Scan background check (clearance required)
• TB clearance
• CPR certification
• Valid government-issued ID and SSN
• Ability to confidently provide care for seniors with dementia, hospice needs, and other complex conditions
• Strong skills in redirection, engagement, and de-escalation
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional demeanor

Scheduling & Pay

• Shifts offered based on caregiver availability, skills, and client needs
• Caregivers must confirm shifts prior to final assignment
• Bi-weekly payroll following the payout calendar

No unauthorized schedule changes
