Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations
- Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow
- Support catering, banquet, or nightclub events by serving drinks promptly and professionally
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in food service or hospitality environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
- Familiarity with POS for efficient order entry and payment processing
- Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform retail math, handle cash accurately, and manage basic math calculations quickly
- Experience with serving at banquets or catering events is a plus
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing drinks creatively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events
