Position Summary
Keep our projects moving forward as a Project Coordinator, the organizational force that ensures nothing falls through the cracks. You'll be the vital link between project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, managing documentation, tracking submittals, and maintaining the systems that keep complex MEP projects on schedule. What You'll Accomplish
Project Documentation & Tracking
- Master project documentation systems, ensuring all submittals, RFIs, and change orders are tracked, processed, and completed on time
- Maintain comprehensive project files with accuracy and attention to detail
- Monitor progress and proactively follow up with project managers and subcontractors to keep projects moving
Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the central point of contact for documentation management and project status updates
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and information
- Coordinate permit applications for electrical
Administrative Excellence
- Manage submittals through construction management software with precision
- Generate and distribute project reports, meeting notes, and status updates
- Support project closeout activities by gathering final documentation and ensuring complete records
What You Bring
Skills & Experience
- Strong organizational abilities with talent for managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent follow-through and initiative-you don't wait to be told what needs doing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
