Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver food and drinks promptly with a friendly demeanor
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks
- Organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup during shifts, including catering or banquet events when needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for bills, tips, and change
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including fine dining options or specialty brews
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
- Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus; knowledge of brewing or beer service is advantageous
