Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Process sales transactions smoothly while handling cash and credit card payments securely.
- Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Assist with food handling and preparation when needed, following all food safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation.
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to connect with diverse guests from around the world.
- Good math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing tabs efficiently.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
