Job Summary As Sensor Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to the Army’s Integrated Air and Missile Defense mission. You will lead a team of analysts responsible for evaluating Radar/Guidance system performance data from Live Firings, Ground Tests, Simulation Exercises, and Real-World Events and producing system assessments. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail who enjoys a challenge and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additionally, this position requires effective collaboration and communication skills. This job is seeking a motivated individual with leadership skills who can proactively identify and solve complex technical and business challenges. Roles and Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the radar(s) including requirements and operations, focusing on radar search, track, electronic counter measures, discrimination and missile guidance functions Define metrics, analyze data, and assess system performance Provide direct support to the Warfighter by responding to Requests for Information including analyzing Real-World data and collaborating with the team to provide recommendations for enhanced performance Support test events (Live Firings, Ground Tests, Simulation Exercises) by defining requirements and objectives, observing/executing tests, analyzing test data, and contributing to test reports Prepare and present briefings to various audiences, including USG, Warfighters, and high levels of leadership Review and track software changes and system requirements Provide technical and task guidance to a team of Radar/Guidance analysts May participate in the development of technical proposals for new and/or existing business opportunities Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or related STEM field 7-15 years of experience in Radar or Guidance analysis for a Missile Defense System Demonstrable understanding of Radar signal and data processing methods Ability to travel up to 15% Candidate must be a US Citizen Candidate must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in a high-level programming language (MATLAB, C/C , Python, etc.) Demonstrable leadership and management skills Advanced degree in engineering, physics, or related STEM field Experience in interface analysis for a major Missile Defense System, including Live Firings, Ground Tests, Simulation Exercises, Real-World data Belong, Connect and Grow at KBR At KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
