But we all share one goal: to improve the world responsibly and safely. KBR is seeking a Property Specialist for the NASA Range Operations Contract at Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA. Responsibilities: Executes all property control activities to ensure compliance to Federal Acquisition Regulations, Part 45, and the Range Operations Contract (ROC) for all government/customer owned property as described in the ROC. Records and maintains property records for all GFP, CAP, and IAGP Equipment under the ROC in appropriate customer databases. and provide audit trails as required. Coordinate asset tagging and property entry with WFF NASA Property office. Ensures postings are complete and timely. Maintains property accountability records in Maximo, NASA E-Quip, and any other systems or customer platforms that may be required. Coordinates and executes disposal of surplus or obsolete property through the NASA E-Quip System for final disposition for prime contracts. Conduct self-assessments, utilizing developed metrics, and provide data as needed. Ensure that Government/customer property is managed to contract requirements regardless of property location. Provide property related deliverables to NASA as directed in the Range Operations Contract. e.g. NF1018, Quarterly Inventory Reports, and monthly CHATS reporting. Verify the integrity of system records by conducting physical inventory which may require up to 10% travel to off-site locations for inventory efforts. Tracks shipments and updates property locations and users as required. Processes incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensures that equipment is tagged to proper inventory guidelines upon acquisition. Facilitate and support all customer and company on-site property audits, reviews, and associated work. Performs all other duties as assigned. Required Education, Experience & Skills: BS / BA plus 2 yrs. experience, or 4 years related experience. Suitable candidates will demonstrate ability to use multiple PC based platforms including Outlook, Costpoint, Deltek, Microsoft Office Suite, and any other NASA or other gov’t based applications as needed.
