18 Wheels USA is hiring professional truck drivers for a high-intensity, dedicated account. You will operate in a tight regional network (IL, WI, IN, MI) using equipment designed for city manoeuvrability. Pay & Benefits:
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,500 - $1,700
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
- Unload Pay: $245 per trailer
- Backhaul Pay: $70 per backhaul
- Stop Pay: $25 per stop
- Support: Tenured staff to assist you throughout your employment.
- Equipment: Brand new fully loaded Internationals and Freightliners
Home Time:
- Weekly: Drivers receive a weekly 34-hour reset.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as a dedicated truck driver covering IL, WI, IN, and MI.
- Physically unload freight. This involves handling stacked freight and requires attention to safety.
- Run approximately 800-1,000 miles per week with a target of 3 loads per week.
- Interact with store managers and staff; patience and strong customer service skills are essential.
- Complete training: 2 days with a trainer (following in your assigned truck, not a ride-along). Training pay is $150 per day.
Requirements:
- Class A CDL & minimum 3 Months tractor/trailer experience– Required.
- DOT exam & Clean MVR
- Flexibility – Shift days vary based on freight needs and your home location.
- Customer Service – You are the face of the company at every store delivery.
