This position is designed for professional drivers who take pride in their backing skills and want to maximize their paycheck through physical work. You'll enjoy the stability of a dedicated account and a pay package that rewards your effort on every load.
Pay & Benefits:
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,750
- Top Earners: Our top drivers make up to $2,200 per week
- Sign-On Bonus: $1,000
- Unload Pay: $250 per trailer
- Weekly Incentive: $125 for completing 3 unloads
- Backhaul Pay: $35
- 24/7 Experienced Support: On-site staff at the distribution center.
- Consistent Work: Year-round freight with reliable miles.
Home Time - Weekly: Drivers receive a weekly 34-hour reset.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as a dedicated truck driver covering VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV.
- Physically unload freight at stores using rollers.
- Run approximately 1,500 miles per week with 1-6 stops per trailer.
- Complete a minimum of 3 loads per week.
Requirements:
- CDL Class A – Required.
- Experience - 3 Months of tractor/trailer
- Doubles Endorsement – Preferred, but not required.
- Able to pass DOT exam and clean driving records.
- Physical Unloading – Must be able to physically unload freight at stores.
- Customer Service Skills – Patience and professionalism with store staff and customers are essential.
