Role Description
We are seeking Corporate Litigation Counsel for a dynamic, full-time, on-site position located in Scottsdale, AZ. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing and advising on corporate litigation, analyzing complex legal issues, drafting and negotiating legal documents, and representing clients in courts and mediations. The counsel will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert legal advice and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure effective legal representation and favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law and a solid understanding of Legal Issues
- Proven ability to provide sound Legal Advice and engage in Negotiation
- Experience handling cases within Courts and judicial processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in Arizona
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate litigation or similar legal fields is preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and principled decision-making
