What you'll do
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate meetings with founders, investors, partners, and other stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items
- Coordinate business travel, accommodations, and itineraries
- Support day-to-day firm operations and improve internal processes
- Maintain organized records, documents, and internal knowledge bases
- Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business materials
- Coordinate team meetings, events, and offsites
- Communicate professionally with founders, investors, vendors, and external partners
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide administrative support across the investment and operations teams
You Might Be a Great Fit If You
- Have 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Take ownership and solve problems proactively
- Work well independently while supporting a small team
- Handle confidential information with professionalism

- Compensation: $90,000 to $140,000 USD base salary, plus benefits. Final compensation will depend on experience and skills.
