Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst, Senior specializing in Epic Willow Ambulatory. In this role, you will provide advanced application support, configuration, and optimization for pharmacy workflows within the ambulatory setting. You’ll collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support. Collaborate with Pharmacy, IT, and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance and workflow efficiency. Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations. Monitor performance and assist with auditing processes to ensure data integrity Participate in projects related to system enhancements, integrations, and new implementations What's Available: Fulltime, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE) Monday-Friday core business hours Remote work options for residents in WI, MN, or IA only, with occasional need to work onsite for support initiatives Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) is not available for this position. An Ideal Candidate Will Have: Education: Bachelor's degree or a related field or equivalent years of experience and education Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience Familiarity with 340B Software and Data extraction methods Familiarity with retail pharmacy operations Certifications: Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification preferred, if not currently certified in Epic Willow Ambulatory, successful completion of this certification will be required within 3–6 months of starting the role.
