We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and deeply compassionate Director of Nursing to step into a leadership role at one of our beautiful local communities: The Brightonian, Woodside Manor, or Latta Road West.

What You’ll Do
- Inspire Your Team: Lead, mentor, and champion a dedicated nursing staff, fostering a collaborative, positive environment where people love to come to work.
- Collaborate as a Leader: Work hand-in-hand in a close partnership with the Administrator, Medical Personnel, and Department Heads to ensure holistic, highest-quality clinical care.
- Be the Bridge: Act as a proud ambassador for our facility, interacting warmly with hospitals, insurers, families, and outside agencies.
- Uphold Excellence: Seamlessly guide clinical services in accordance with NYS and Federal regulations, setting the standard for what exceptional, person-centered care looks like.
